Within the Hôtel de Paris in Monte-Carlo, the Louis XV dining room opens onto the Place du Casino. Mediterranean cuisine, produce from the coast and inland. Opened in 1987 under Alain Ducasse, the address gained its third star in 1990, the first hotel restaurant to do so.
